I attended Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC and received over 600 hours of training in a swedish and deep tissue massage.

My sessions are client centered and are based on your needs.  We will discuss your needs and agree on a session plan that will likely include both swedish and deep tissue techniques.  I would be more than happy to talk to you about your needs and my services and experience.
